Instructions for downloading

It is very simple to obtain your business documents from eBizCounsel.com.  And, since we like to keep it simple… all you have to do is fill in the blanks on our user-friendly forms and send them to us for review, and we will send them back to you in your preferred format.  Essentially, the process will work like this:

Select the Package that you wish to Purchase.

eBizCounsel.com has many different package options to choose from, and each package is available in Gold Package or Platinum Package levels.  You should of course choose the one that fits your business structure, be it a regular Corporation, a Limited Liability Corporation/ Company (LLC), or a Partnership.  Please note that if at any time you decide to upgrade from a Gold Package to a Platinum Package, you will only need to pay the difference in price between the packages to receive the additional Platinum Package documents.

  1. Go to Shopping Cart
  2. To get to eBizCounsel.com’s Shopping Cart, simply Click on the appropriate Package purchase link, which will automatically take you to eBizCounsel.com’s Shopping Cart order page.

  3. Choose and Review Shopping Cart Selection.
  4. Make sure that the Package in your Shopping Cart is the correct one.  Review the Purchase and Click R to Add item to Your Cart.

  5. Pay for Your Purchase.
  6. Once you have reviewed the item(s) in Your Cart, Click Check Out, which will take you to eBizCounsel.com’s Order Page, where you can Pay for your item(s).

  7. Purchase/Order Confirmation.
  8. After your Payment has been submitted, you will be redirected to the Order Confirmation Page.  You will also receive a Confirmation Email which will be delivered by "NMS SHOPPING CART MANAGER" .  This Confirmation Email will include your Order information, as well as your eBizCounsel.com Membership Login information, which you will need to retain for future reference.  You may find this Email in the Spam/Junk Email folder, in which case you will need to move it to your Safe Email List.

  9. Membership Login Details.

    Your Membership Login Information will be delivered to you when you receive your Order Confirmation Email.  This Order Confirmation Email will include the Membership Login Name and Password that you will need in order to access the Members-Only area to which all eBizCounsel.com members have access.  Save your Order Confirmation Email as your receipt.

    Tip: ***the confirmation email will be sent to the client from *@netmemberservices.com not docs@... As you will also be sending your clients emails I would suggest that your clients safe email list (or white list) both *@ebiscounsel.com and *@netmemberservices.com Note – Using * before the @ symbol will allow all emails coming from the domain to pass through.

    Please note that this Order Confirmation Email will also give you access to download the eBizCounsel.com Business Document Package that you purchased.

  11. Accessing Your Purchased Document Package.
  12. To Log In to your Account and access the eBizCounsel.com Business Document Package that you have purchased, simply return to our website at www.ebizcounsel.com  and Log In using the Membership Login Information provided in your Confirmation Email (LogIn section is located in the upper right sidebar of home page).

     Downloading the Purchased Business Document Package.

    Once you have logged in, the Business Document Package documents will be available for immediate download as individual documents.  To download the document(s), choose the file that you wish to download and Click R to open – Note that you may be prompted to Open or Save the selected file(s).  At this point you should choose Save and then Save the selected file(s) to a location on your computer that you can easily find later.

    Tip: We would recommend that you create a separate Folder on your hard drive (c:) where you can store your documents, so that you can easily locate and use the documents at any time.

  13. How To Use The Downloaded File(s).
  14. You will be provided with two file formats for each file, which are Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat PDF file formats.  You will be able to Download and Save each document in both formats if you so choose.  However, don’t forget that only Microsoft Word files are editable. If you do not have Microsoft Word on your computer, you can Download a comparable alternative at www.openoffice.org which will still allow you to edit the document(s).

  15. Document Instructions.
  16. You will notice that we provide 2 versions of each document plus a third Instructions document. These help files include tips next to each field which are italicized so that that they are easy to follow.  Simply follow the instructions and fill in the blanks with the appropriate information on the original documents.  eBizCounsel.com recommends that you actually utilize the forms WITHOUT the instructions, but retain the forms WITH the instructions for reference purposes.

  17. Sending the Documents to Third Parties or Others.
  18. We would recommend using the PDF versions of the document(s) any time that you are Sharing/Emailing/Faxing/Delivering the document(s) to third parties or others.  This will maintain the integrity of the document(s) and will prevent the third parties or others from making any changes to the document(s).  At this point, the third party will Open the document(s), Save the document(s), and/or Print the document(s).  After Printing, the third party can then execute the document(s) and Email/Fax/Deliver them back to you, and you will then Print the document(s) and, if desired, Scan and Save a copy of the completed document(s) on your computer (c:).
     

  19. Review of Completed Documents by eBizCounsel.com. 
  20. We offer a FREE review service if you would like eBizCounsel.com to check your finished documents. Once you and your party have filled in all of the blanks, you may attach your files to an email and send to:  review@ebizcounsel.com  eBizCounsel.com will review the document(s) to ensure that all of the blanks are filled in, that no information is missing, etc.  There is no extra charge for this additional service, and the reviewed documents will be emailed back to the email address that you provided to us within 48 hours (Optional RUSH SERVICE AVAILABLE!!
