Since your satisfaction is our top priority, eBizCounsel.com provides a satisfaction guarantee on all of the products and services sold by us/purchased from us. If you are not satisfied with our products or services, or even with our Customer Support, for any valid reason, please contact us immediately via email or phone, and we will either rectify the situation or provide you with a refund if we are unable to find a mutually agreeable solution.
The eBizCounsel.com Satisfaction Guarantee Details:
1. If we are unable to provide a solution that will ensure your 100% satisfaction, we will provide you with a full refund. To obtain a refund, you must notify us by email at info@ebizcounsel.com, or by calling 1-866-724-0085 during normal business hours (E.S.T.), and advise us of the reasons for your refund request within three (3) business days of your purchase. Please note that if there were any 3rd party of out-of-pocket charges or fees attached to your account, we are unable to process refunds for these fees since we have no control over same.
2. eBizCounsel.com’s satisfaction guarantee is not unlimited or without restrictions. All of the corporate documents and agreements offered through eBizCounsel.com are general in scope. Therefore, although we strive to produce the best products and services for our customers, we cannot guarantee that they will properly address or contemplate every possible situation. Your business may have particular needs or issues that are not addressed within the scope of the products or services that you purchase from us, and we have no control over such situations. Accordingly, refunds will not be issued in cases where the documents do not result in a particular outcome or respond to a specific need.
